Color Racers were issued in 1988-89 and their main feature was the ability to change colors when dipped in cold or warm tap water. Unfortunately, after a few years the cars tended to lose their ability to change colors (and this car is no exception, it no longer changes colors).
The car has some small pinpoint sized paint chips on the edges, and the car no longer changes colors when exposed to cold or hot.
