Shipping Prices

Shipping prices are based on package weight and delivery location.Ā You can calculate the estimated shipping cost to your address for yourĀ orderĀ by adding items to your shopping cart and viewing the shipping estimates for your selected delivery method in the shopping cart.

ShippingĀ Info and Methods USA, Puerto Rico, US Territories

We ship to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, APO addresses, and other U.S. territories.

Most orders ship via USPS (Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, or Media Mail), or UPS (UPS Ground Saver, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select) depending on the delivery location, package weight, and items ordered.Ā  You may choose your preferred shipping method from the available methods when you place your order.

Orders over $75:Ā  we offer free ground shipping for orders over $75 to U.S. addresses.

ShippingĀ Info and Methods, Taxes and Duties, International

We currently ship to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.Ā  Most orders to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand ship by USPS First Class International and Asendia (Canada 1-3 weeks / Australia, New Zealand 1-4 weeks) or USPS Priority International (1-2 weeks).Ā 

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges for international orders to Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country upon arrival. These charges vary by destination and are collected by your local customs authority. Please contact your country's customs office to determine applicable costs before placing your order.

If an international order is refused due to import fees, a refund will be issued for the item(s) only once the package is returned to us, less any shipping and return costs incurred.

Processing times

Most orders received Monday-Friday for in stock items will be processed within 1-2Ā  business days.Ā  Orders ship Monday-Friday (excluding US national holidays).

USA, Puerto Rico, US Territories

- Delivery times to US destinations will vary depending on your location and speed of service selected (estimated times below include processing times, we ship Monday-Friday).

- USPS (continental 48 states): Ground Advantage (3-6 business days),Ā  Priority Mail (3-4 business days), Media Mail (4-10 business days).

- USPS (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, APO addresses, other U.S. territories): please allow up to 1-3 weeks depending on location.

- UPS (all 50 US states): UPS Ground (2-6 business days), UPS 3 Day Select (3-4 business days), UPS Ground Saver (3-8 business days).

- FedEx (all 50 US states): FedEx Ground Economy (3-8 business days), FedEx Home Delivery (2-6 business days), FedEx Ground (2-6 business days).

Canada

- Average delivery times are 1-3 weeks for USPS First Class Package International and Asendia, and 1-2 weeks for Priority Mail International.Ā 

Australia / New Zealand

- Average delivery times are 1-4 weeks for USPS First Class Package International and Asendia, and 1-2 weeks for Priority Mail International.

Shipping Tracking

Once the order is shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number, which will allow you to check on the shipping status of your order. If you want to check on your order information after making a purchase you may also just login to your account on our website. Once you log in, you can view your order status.

Tracking info is also available on our order tracking page by entering your order number and email address.

Tracking information is generally available on the carrier's website 1-3 days after you receive the shipment notification. You may also track your shipment on the shipping carrier's website by entering your tracking number at USPS.com or UPS.com .

If your tracking number starts with "AHOY" it can also be tracked on the Asendia website (and once the package reaches your country, the Asendia website will also display a local delivery tracking number you can use to track your package's progress to your door in your country on your local postal carrier's website).

Canadian buyers may also track their shipment on the Canada Post website once the package reaches Canada.

Australian and New Zealand buyers may also track their shipment on the Australia Post website or NZ Post website using the local tracking number (from the Asendia tracking page) once the package reaches Australia / New Zealand.

Special Free Shipping Offer

Orders over $75 that ship to United States addresses qualify for free ground shipping. This special free shipping offer does not apply to international shipments.

Lost or Missing Packages

If the tracking info shows that your package was delivered by the shipping carrier and you have not received it you may contact the shipping carrier or your local post office for more information, or you may contact us and we'll help you with contacting the carrier and locating the package.
