Early 1970's inflight lunch menu for a BOAC flight from London to Philadelphia to Detroit (the plane on this route was a VC-10). Menu includes the bar tariff listing, the lunch menu (main course was Smoked Scotch Salmon and Saute of Veal in Madeira Sauce with mushrooms and olives) , afternoon tea, and refreshments. Palm Islands, Great Barrier Reef, Australia is shown on the cover.
