Early 1970's inflight lunch menu for a BOAC flight from London to Philadelphia to Detroit (the plane on this route was a VC-10). Menu includes the drink refreshments listing, the lunch menu (main course was Breast of Chicken in Mushroom and Tomato Sauce with a Truffled Pate appetizer) , afternoon tea, and refreshments. The Empire State Building and Manhattan skyline in New York are shown on the cover. 

Menu is in very good condition with 2 small marks on the back from where it was taped into a scrapbook. The size is 6" x 5.5". The cover is cardboard.
