The book is in very good condition with some minor wear on the cloth corner tips of the covers and the cloth top and bottom edges of the spine section. The binding and spine are strong. The interior pages are in very good condition and a few pages have tiny (child's finger sized) smudges or marks. The school district wrote on the inside of the front cover in pen "Dist. 123 So." and "Health Reader 3-4-5 Grades".
