Corgi Toys, no. 448, diecast metal navy blue Austin Police Mini Van with opening rear doors, bars on rear windows, clear windows,  jeweled headlights, red interior, gray metal base, silver front bumper, gray antenna, suspension, metal wheel hubs and black rubber tires.

80mm / 3 1/8 inches long. Made in Great Britain in 1964.

The van is missing the 'Police' decals but is otherwise in very good condition with a couple of very hard to see tiny pinpoint sized paint chips.  (see photos).
