Hot Wheels Collector #863, no. 19547, diecast yellow Oshkosh Concrete Mixer Truck with black plastic mixer drum with yellow and green tampo design, black plastic base, yellow plastic body, silver painted metal fenders and grille,  and triple axles with 3-spoke wheels.

The cement mixer is 80mm / 3 1/8 inches long. Made in Malaysia, 1997.

The truck is in mint condition on a very good condition card (the card has a light crease on the top right corner hang tab see photos).
