Hot Wheels Color Racers Split Window '63 Chevy Corvette with tan interior, clear windows, white flame tampos on the roof and hood, red and orange racing stripes, and blackwall basic wheels.
1/64 scale, 70mm / 2 3/4 inches long. Made in Malaysia, 1988.
Color Racers were issued in 1988 and their main feature was the ability to change colors when dipped in cold or warm tap water. Unfortunately, after a few years the cars tended to lose their ability to change colors.
The car is in excellent to near mint condition with two tiny hard to see pinpoint sized paint chips on the front bumper corners, and due to its age the car no longer changes colors when exposed to cold or hot water.
