Late 1970's advertising card (4.75" x 3.75", 121mm x 95mm) for the Natour Hotel Garuda on Jalan Malioboro in the city of Yogyakarta on the island of Bali in Indonesia.
The 240 room 4-star colonial era hotel was built in 1911 as the Grand Hotel de Djokja. During the Japanese occupation in WWII the hotel was renamed the Hotel Asahi. The anme was changed to Hotel Garuda after the war ended, and in 1975 after new ownership took over the hotel was renamed Natour Hotel Garuda. The hotel is now known as the Grand Inna Malioboro.
Card is unused and in very good condition (see photos).
