Pennsylvania Railroad New York Trenton Philadelphia Timetable 1967

Vintage 10 page timetable from 1967 for the Pennsylvania Railroad New York - Newark-Trenton - Philadelphia  Northeast Corridor train service.  The schedule was effective 2:01 AM October 29, 1967.

The brochure includes train schedules for the New York and Newark to/from Trenton and Philadelphia  and intermediate stations service, information on train fare and parlor car fares, and general info for passengers. 

The schedule was printed in the USA by Allen Lane and Scott, Philadelphia.  It measures 4" (203mm x 102mm) folded, and the pages are 8" x 8" (203mm x 203mm).

Condition: The schedule is in excellent condition (see photos).

History: Pennsylvania Railroad (PRR) operated the Philadelphia to NYC Northeast Corridor service from circa 1900 to 1968 when PRR merged with New York Central to form Penn Central.  Amtrak took over the service in 1971 following Penn Central's bankruptcy.  The Philadelphia to NYC service has been fully electric powered since 1935.
