SEMTA (South Eastern Michigan Transportation Authority) Grand Trunk Western Commuter Trains Schedule, effective May 1st 1975, for the short lived Detroit to Pontiac commuter rail service.
The brochure includes train schedules from Detroit and Pontiac (and a bus schedule in case you miss the last train!), shuttle bus info to the station, a fare schedule, and a route map on the back cover.
The service was jointly operated by SEMTA and Grand Trunk Western Railroad from 1974-1983. The 26.3 mile route made stops at Detroit (St. Antoine Franklin Street GTW Station), Milwaukee Junction, Chrysler Center, 9 Mile Rd, Pleasant Ridge, Royal Oak, Oakwood Blvd., Birmingham, Charing Cross, Bloomfield Hills, and Pontiac.
The small 3 panel schedule is in good condition with a crease on the top right corner, a small 1/2" round stain, and some fading due to age (see photos).
