This issue: "Sick!". Issue features the introduction of Reptyl and death of Contemplator.  Story: Silver Surfer and Nova are captured by Reptyl and escape, and Reptyl kills Contemplator.

The comic is in very fine plus to near mint minus condition. The only noticeable flaw is a barely noticeable very slight roll to the spine (see photos).
