The program has the schedule of events for the 2-day Hall of Fame enshrinement program held on August 5th and 6th of 1990 in Cooperstown, New York. It also has articles on 1990 inductees Jim Palmer and Joe Morgan, a listing of all players managers executives and umpires enshrined in the Hall of Fame (206 total as of 1990), plus articles on the Fod C. Frick Award, J.G. Taylor Spink Award, a baseball trivia test, and a page showing photos of the inside of the Hall of Fame museum.  The back cover has Jim Palmer's infamous ad for Jockey.
