Single rooms started from $13.50 per night and 3 room suites started from $54.00 per night.

The brochure is in very good condition with a travel agent's stamp on the front.

The 800 room hotel was built in 1928 as the Hotel Montclair and changed its name to the Belmont in the 1930's.  Jerry Lewis and Dean Martin got their showbiz start performing in the hotel's Glass Hat Club, and several NFL drafts were held at the hotel in the late 1960's/early 1970's.
