Vintage 30-strike matchbook cover (no matches) from the late 1970's / early 1980's advertising the now closed Southern California restaurants Alice's Restaurant (no relation to the restaurant in the Arlo Guthrie song) which was located at 1043 Westwood Blvd in Westwood Village, and The Yellow House which was located at 147 W Channel Rd in Santa Monica.
The front cover of the matchbook has the Alice's Restaurant name and logo, and the strike side of the matchbook has The Yellow House logo. The inside of the matchbook lists the addresses and phone numbers of the two restaurants.
The matchbook cover is in very good condition. It is empty and there are no matches, and the strike pad appears to be unused (see photos).
