American Airlines in-flight magazine 'The American Way' from the 3rd quarter of 1968, volume 1 number 3. 30 pages.
The magazine has feature articles on the new Madison Square Garden, the Astrojet Golf Classic, movie making in NYC, the Nieman-Marcus Greenhouse Spa for women in Arlington Texas, Airy Views cartoons by William Steig, and more.
The magazine also has a large foldout American Airlines system map and city-to-city mileage table, "Welcome Aboard American" and "This Is Your Captain" articles with info for air travelers (including info about the airline's fleet of Boeing 707/720/727 planes and BAC1-11s (Astrojet 400), and a plethora of 1960's ads.
The magazine is in very good condition with a slight crease on the bottom right corner (see photos). The inner pages are in excellent condition.
