The Policy by Bentley Little is a horror novel about Hunt Jackson, an unemployed, divorced man who moves to a new state. He finds an insurance company willing to give him a policy, but there's a catch: they require a pound of flesh as payment. This isn't a joke, and there's no backing out or running away. Hunt soon realizes the horrifying implications of this policy and the dark forces he's dealing with.

The hardcover book is in fine / like new condition with no noticeable wear.  The paper dust jacket is also in excellent condition (see photos).
