Synopsis: Bugs Bunny’s Carrot Machine by Clark Carlisle is a humorous adventure featuring Bugs Bunny and Elmer Fudd. Hoping to have a plentiful supply of his favorite food, Bugs persuades Elmer to help him build a machine that produces carrots. Using an assortment of unlikely materials and parts, the two set to work on their unusual invention, but getting the machine to produce satisfactory carrots proves more difficult than expected.
As Bugs and Elmer attempt to improve the machine, their experiments lead to increasingly amusing results. Eventually, their efforts end in a chaotic mishap, bringing Bugs back to his familiar scheme of helping himself to carrots from Elmer’s garden. Illustrated in full color, this entertaining children’s story combines slapstick humor, imaginative invention, and the classic comic rivalry between the clever Bugs Bunny and the easily exasperated Elmer Fudd.
Condition: The book has a deep vertical crease in the middle running the length of the book. There is a child's name written in pencil on the inside of the front cover, and a 1/4" tear on the bottom edge of the title page (see photos).
