Synopsis: “Bunny Boy and Grizzly Bear" by Laura Rountree Smith is a charming children’s book that tells the story of two main characters: Bunny Boy and Grizzly Bear. The story begins with Bunny Boy, a mischievous little rabbit who is taken in by Susan and Bunny Cotton-Tail while Bushy Tail the fox is away on a trip to California. Bunny Boy, however, is not the easiest guest; he often gets into trouble by stealing from the honey pot and making messes for Susan to clean up. The narrative follows the efforts of Susan and Bunny Cotton-Tail to teach Bunny Boy to be polite and neat.
The book is in overall good condition. The covers have some wear on the edges, and there is a mark on the back cover (see photo). Three page sheets (2 at the front, 1 at the back) have small tears (but no missing pieces). The interior pages have minor yellowing of the pages due to age and a few pages have tiny smudges or marks. There is a child's name written on the inside of the front cover.
