3-panel 2-sided full color brochure from 1968 for the 45-story Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce Building (also known as the CIBC Tower) in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
The brochure has a history of the bank and the building (which was built in 1962), drawings of Montreal showing 51 points of interest, and photos of the building and view from its 600-foot high Enclosed Observation Gallery.
Printed by Simpson Press Ltd Canada in 1968.
The brochure is in very good condition with a small 1/3" stain near the bottom, and a 1/8" tear on the bottom edge (see photos).
