Early 1980's system flight schedule brochure for northeastern US regional commuter airline Command Airways which flew to Albany NY, Boston MA, Lebanon NH, New York City (JFK and LaGuardia airports), Poughkeepsie NY, and White Plains NY. The schedule is effective June 6, 1982.
The 4-panel 2-sided brochure includes system flight schedules, general passenger information, info on round trip Super-Saver Fares, and a list of Command Airways airport locations.
Condition: The brochure is in very good condition with some minor yellowing around the edges from age (see photos).
Airline History: The airline was founded in 1951 as Mid-Hudson Airlines and in 1966 changed its name to Command Airways. Its fleet in 1982 consisted mainly of Short 330 turboprop airplanes. It entered into a partnership in 1986 to operate as part of the American Eagle network, and in 1988 American bought the company and merged it into American Eagle a few years later.
