Vintage 30-strike matchbook cover (no matches) from the 1950's advertising women's handbag manufacturer /designer Coronet Inc. Handbags which was located in New York's Garment District in Manhattan at 6-8 East 32nd Street.

The front side of the matchbook has the Coronet name and logo.  The strike side is blank.  The inside has the name and address and says "Makers Of"

The matchbook cover shows some wear.  The black background on the strike side shows wear and fading (see photos). The matchbook cover is empty and there are no matches and the strike pad appears to be unused.
