Product Description

Fold-out brochure for the 1975 3&4 day cruises from Miami Florida to Nassau and Freeport in the Bahamas aboard the Costa Line Italian flag ship ss Flavia. Brochure includes photos of the ship's exterior and interior, a description of the cruise and ports of call, room rates, deck plans, and a listing of a sample dinner menu.

The brochure is in excellent condition.

History of the ship: The Flavia was built as the Cunard Line ship RMS Media in 1947 and was sold to Cogedar Line in 1961 and completely rebuilt and renamed the Flavia. The ship was then sold to Costa in 1968. Costa sold the ship to a Hong Kong company in 1982 who renamed it the Flavian. The ship burned in 1989.
