Synopsis: a city boy named Andy dreams of being a cowboy and gets his chance when he visits his uncle's ranch and learns the cowboy way of life and the joys of ranch life with the help of Sam. Andy learns new skills like riding a pony and roping a calf, and he gets to put his newfound skills to the test in a rodeo by riding a bucking calf.

The book has a name written on the inside but is otherwise in very good to very good plus condition with minor wear on the cover's corner tips (see photos).  The binding and spine are tight and in very good condition.
