Product Description
Cunard Line advertising booklet from 1952 for its transatlantic crossing passenger services. The small 16 page paperback booklet is 6 inches x 3.75 inches.
The booklet describes the Atlantic Crossing experience aboard the ships and has several photos of life aboard the ships and public rooms on the ships, including the theatre and a main deck stateroom on the Caronia, the main lounge on the Britannic, and others.
The booklet also has photos of the 83673 gross ton Queen Elizabeth, the 81237 ton Queen Mary, 35677 ton Mauretania, 34183 ton Caronia, 27666 ton Britannic, and 13362 ton sister ships Media and Parthia.
The brochure is in overall good condition but has some light wear: there is a small 1/2 inch tear on the covers at the base of the spine, there are marks on the back page from where it was taped into a scrapbook, and there is a very light surface crease on the top right corner of the front cover (see photos).
