104 page Detroit Zoo Guide Book published by the City of Detroit Zoological Park Commission in 1966. Guide has dozens of pictures and descriptions of the different animal species living at the zoo, sections on the elephant show, chimpanzee show, mammals, reptiles and amphibians, fish, birds, the Belle Isle Children's Zoo and Elephant House. Pictures are mainly black and white but there are also some color photos.

Overall condition is very good but there is a small dogear crease on the bottom right corner of the front cover, and the two pages 97/98 and 99/100 have tears on the right edges.
