The 1978 catalog was the last catalog printed before the Dinky factory closed its doors in 1979.

The catalog has photos and dimensions (length in mm) of Dinky's complete 1976 range of diecast cars, trucks, buses, ships, military vehicles, helicopters and airplanes. 

The catalog includes favorites like the Star Trek Enterprise, Klingon Battle Cruiser, Space Shuttle, Triumph TR7, Mercedes Benz 600, Superior Cadillac Ambulance, Atlas Digger, Johnson Road Sweeper, Leopard Tank, Spitfire MK I I airplane, Sea King Helicopter, and many more.

The catalog also shows Dinky Action Sets, Meccano theme sets and parts and motors, Plastic Meccano, and Prima sets.

The catalog also has a checklist/ order from listing all of the models from Dinky's U.S. distributor AVA International, and the back cover has an ad for the Dinky Club of America.

Condition: The catalog's covers show considerable wear: the cover is taped along the entire length of the spine, and both the front and back pages and the order form/checklist have considerable creasing. (see photos).  The inside pages are in overall good plus to very good minus condition with some small dogear creases on the top corner tips but no writing.
