Vinyl record: VG/VG+ (Very Good/Very Good Plus): record has a few light scratches, no skips.  There is some very light surface noise at the beginning of the song "No More Tears"

Cardboard cover: VG+ (Very Good Plus): cardboard cover is in excellent condition with minimal signs of wear on the edges (see photos)
