The Cat In The Hat Comes Back, written by Dr Seuss. The book is the second book in the the Dr. Seuss Beginner Books series. Copyright 1958 by Beginner Books, a division of Random House, New York. Published and printed in the U.S.A. Hardcover book, Book Club Edition , 72 printed pages.
Synopsis: In this sequel to The Cat in the Hat, Sally and her brother (the narrator) are at home on a snowy day, tasked with shoveling snow while their mother is out. Just like before, things are quiet until the mischievous Cat in the Hat reappears—uninvited. Instead of helping, the Cat makes a mess by eating cake in the bathtub and leaving a stubborn pink ring. To clean it, the Cat transfers the mess from one object to another, making things worse each time. He eventually unveils a series of tiny helper cats hidden under his hat (Cat A through Cat Z), each smaller than the last. Together, they cause even more chaos. In the end, the smallest—Little Cat Z—uses a magical substance called “Voom” to clean everything up in an instant. The story blends humor, rhyme, and escalating absurdity while emphasizing responsibility and the potential for things to spiral out of control when you're not careful.
The book is in very good plus condition. It has some light fingerprint smudges on the spine covering but is otherwise in excellent condition (see photos).
