The brochure includes photos and descriptions of the ship's exterior and public rooms and cabins, descriptions and photos of the ports of call, detailed deck plans and cabin plans for both ships, black and white side view diagrams showing the locations of decks and public rooms on the ships, itineraries and sailing schedules, room rates, and general information.

The brochure is in very good condition with very minor signs of wear on the corner tips (see photos).

The mts Argonaut was built in 1929 as a private motor yacht, the 333 ft. 4,000 ton MY Orion for a German-American billionaire, and at the time it was the largest and most expensive private yacht ever built.  In 1940 the ship was purchased by the U.S. navy and converted to a gunship, the USS Vixen. In 1947 the ship was sold and became a private yacht again. In 1954 the ship was sold to McCormick Shipping and refitted as a Caribbean cruise ship. In 1964 the ship was purchased by Epirotiki Lines, rebuilt, and renamed the mts Argonaut.  In 1996 Epirotiki sold the ship to Regina Maris Cruises who renamed it the Regina Maris. In 2002 the ship was laid up, and in 2004 it was scrapped.

The 346ft 5,250 ton mts Jason was built in 1964 as the passenger car ferry mts Eros for K-Lines (the ship was a sister ship to the Sun Line ship Stella Oceanis). Epirotiki  bought the ship in 1966 and rebuilt it as the cruise ship Jason. Epirotiki and Sun Line merged in 1995 to form Royal Olympic, and the Jason was sold in 2005 to Indian Ocean Cruises and renamed the ms Ocean Odyssey following Royal Olympic's collapse.  The sip was sold for scrap in 2009.
