Washington D.C. Map and Visitor's Guide, issued November 1963 by the "Esso" brand of Humble Oil & Refining Co. (a subsidiary of Standard Oil of New Jersey which rebranded as Exxon in 1973). The map folds out to a size of approximately 24" x 17".

The front cover of the map has a photo of The United States Marine Corps War Memorial with the U.S. Capitol in the background, and the back cover has a listing of international embassies and legations, along with their flags.  The back cover is stamped "Linden Esso Service Center".

Side 1 of the map includes a detailed illustrated pictorial guide map of central Washington D.C.  with indexes of u.s. government offices and agencies, national organizations, museums galleries libraries schools and colleges, hospitals and institutions, historic and other points of interest, transportation terminals, clubs and theaters, hotels and motels, principal department stores, and D.C. office buildings and organizations.

Side 2 of the map has a large map of the Washington D.C. metro area, and a guide to "seeing the sights in Washington and vicinity".

The map is in excellent condition.
