Product Description

Vintage 2-panel 2-sided paper takeout menu from October 1998 for the East Village pizza restaurant Famous Original Ray's Pizza which was located at 250 E Houston St between Avenue A and Norfolk St in the Alphabet City section of Manhattan, New York City

This branch of the Ray's Pizza chain in the "Red Square" shops, was located across the street from Katz's Delicatessen and opened in the 1990's and closed in 2012.

The pizza at this location was mediocre at best, but it attracted a late night crowd because it was open later than Katz's and you could get a cheap slice of pizza after a night out at 2AM.  They also delivered late.

The menu is in good condition. It has a light crease at the top and some minor discoloration on the top from age. The menu is 11" x 4.25" folded (and approximately 11" x 8.5" when opened).
