Condition: The book's covers show considerable wear on the edges and the front cover has a small stain at the bottom center. The front cover is partially detached and has a 3 inch vertical tear on the bottom of the spine hinge. The inner pages are in overall very good condition with some yellowing from age and a few pages with small dogear creases on the corners  (see photos).
