Vintage Heartache marbles skill puzzle game by Kohner Brothers.  Plastic, made in Hong Kong in 1971.  The game measures 5 1/4" x 4 3/4" x1" (134mm x 121mm x25mm).

The object of the puzzle game is to put the different colored marbles (5 blue, 5 yellow, 5 white) behind the gate of the same color by using the small levers that control the "heart valves" and moving the marbles back and forth. The one black marble must remain in the center.

The game is in very good condition with a few light scratches and scuffs on the plastic. See photos.
