Heroes on Hot Wheels 2-episode VHS Tape from 1991 with a dark red Hot Wheels VW Baja Bug diecast car. Hot Wheels/Mattel issued 12 different VHS video packages in 1990-1991 and each video came with a version of the car that was only available with that tape.

VHS tape: the video tape contains 2-episodes of the animated Heroes on Hot Wheels TV cartoon series which followed the adventures of race car driver and hero Michael Valiant and his Team Valiant: episode 1 is The Venice Carnival and episode 2 is Panic On The Pan-American. (note: the video is untested but appears to be unplayed).

Car: Hot Wheels diecast metal metalflake dark red VW Volkswagen Beetle Baja Bug with red interior, metal base, metal rear engine, metal front bumper, black 'Blazin Bug' and yellow and red flames tampos on sides, large 5-spoke tires on back and regular sized 5-spoke tires on front. The car is 1/64 scale, 57mm / 2 1/4" long. Made in Malaysia in 1991.

Condition: The car is in mint condition.  The plastic packaging doesn't have shrink wrap and is opened with noticeable yellowing of the plastic from age. The top corners of the package are cracked.  The cardboard VHS cover is in excellent condition but the VHS tape is untested (see photos).
