Hot Wheels 1998 First Editions (#16 of 40), Collector #653 (no. 18544), diecast metal metallic gold IROC Firebird Pontiac stock car with gray tinted windows, light gray interior, white roll cage,  'True Value' labels on sides and hood, 'Firebird' tampo on doors, '1' tampo on roof, gray plastic base, and Goodyear Eagle black 5-spoke wheels . 

The car is 78mm / 3.1" inches long, 1/64 scale. Made in China, 1998.

Car is in mint condition.  The card is in very good condition with a light small surface crease on the top right corner near the hang tab (see photos).
