Hot Wheels Color Racers Ferrari Testarossa with white and tan interior, metal chassis,  red and blue racing stripes, 'Ferrari' and '4' tampos on the hood, and blackwall basic wheels.

1/64 scale, 71mm / 2.8 inches long. Made in Malaysia, 1988.

The car has some small pinpoint paint chips (front and back corners, doors), the racing stripe tampos on the roof and the '4' tampo show some wear, and the car no longer changes colors when exposed to cold or hot. See photos.

Color Racers were issued in 1988 and their main feature was the ability to change colors when dipped in cold or warm tap water.  Unfortunately, after a few years the cars tended to lose their ability to change colors (and this car is no exception, it no longer changes colors).
