Condition: The book's covers have some wear: the front cover has a one inch tear at the bottom, and the back cover has a 2 1/2" tar on the right side near the spine.  There is a number written on the inside of the front cover.  The inside pages have some yellowing along the edges due to age but are otherwise in very good condition with no marks or writing (see photos).
