Published in 1945 and printed in the U.S.A. by Bourne Music Publishers, New York. The sheet music booklet is 11 3/4" x 9" (299mm x 229mm). The booklet has 4 pages (including the back cover).

The front shows a photo of jazz singer and actress Monica Lewis of the Chesterfield Supper Club radio musical variety program surrounded by illustrations of World War II era soldiers and sailors.

The back cover has a list of song album sheet music books by the publisher Bourne including Meet Mr Cugat, Bob Willis, and others .

Condition: the sheet music booklet is in overall very good condition.  It has a price sticker on the back cover, a name written on the front cover, and a small dogear crease on the top right corner (see photos).
