Condition: the book shows some wear. The front cover has some spotting and a small tear at the top, and the back cover has a small tear on the right edge and a vertical crease on the left side. The inside of the front cover, and the first 10 pages of the book have yellowing and noticeable light spots. All pages are intact and there are no loose or bent pages (see photos).
