Product Description

Vintage hard plastic Ivaran Lines luggage tag holder from an August 1997 freighter trip aboard the Ivaran ship M/V San Antonio in Cabin A.  

The tag holder is made of thick rigid PVC plastic and measures 4 1/4" long x 2 1/4" wide x 3/32" thick (107.9mm x 57.1mm x 2.5mm).

The tag is in very good condition with yellowing of the plastic due to age.  The paper luggage tag inside the holder was filled out by the passenger with their ship/address/cabin info.

The 16,043 ton container ship M/V San Antonio was built for Ivaran in 1994.  It was sold to KS Clover Container Ship in 2000 and in 2002 renamed the Indamex New York.  It was sold to Abbeyfield Trading in 2003 and renamed the Delmas Charcot. In 2004 it was sold to Azurro Maritime and renamed the Asia Star.
