Vinyl record: G+ (Good): the 'Louie Louie' A-side has some light surface noise.  Both sides have several light scratches and minor groove wear but no skips.  The label has some ring wear, and the B-side label has writing on it. See photos.

NOTES:
Hard to find DJ promo record version of the short lived 1960's garage rock band who only released two singles.  Portland Oregon singer Jack Ely co-founded The Kingsmen and sang their 1963 hit "Louie, Louie" before being forced out by the band's drummer Easton which resulted in a legal battle between the two.
