This issue has a very early interview with influential emo punk band Jawbreaker, as well as interviews and articles on Kryst the Conqueror (ex-Misfits), NJ hardcore band Adrenalin O.D. (A.O.D.), the Lower East Side punk club ABC No Rio, Bedlam Hour, Carry Nation, The Thing, The Tonebenders, Jones Very, and an article by Jim Testa "Diary of a Rock Critter - A beginner's guide to clubland".

This issue includes all of the regular Jersey Beat features: editorials, record reviews, cassette reviews, 7" single reviews, Thrashworld column by Mike Lupica (thrash metal, reviews of Decapitated, Rise Above, and more), The Industrial Shop column (with reviews of releases by Nine Inch Nails, Consolidated, and more), Local Bands record reviews (including The Fiendz, Aquanettas, Bloodsister, Helmet, Prong, Public Enemy, Warzone, and more), Video and Fanzine reviews, and lots of vintage ads for punk bands and records.

Condition: the magazine is in very good condition with some minor yellowing of the newsprint page edges from age (see photos).
