The brochure was published by the Venezuela Instituto Nacional De Hipodromos (National Institute of Racecourses).
The brochure has many photos and detailed descriptions of La Rinconada and its history, and it folds out to show a map of the race track. The race track is in the Coche neighborhood of Caracas and opened in 1959.
