Matchbox no. 24, diecast metal yellow Diesel Shunter Locomotive train with red undercarriage and chassis, red and white 'D 1496-RF' labels, no control panel version, black rear tow hook, and 4 black plastic spoked train wheels.
The train is 76mm / 3 inches long. Made in England by Lesney Products in 1978.
The train is in near mint condition with 2 very tiny paint chips on the rear edge of the roof (see photos).
