Condition: the sheet music's cover is in overall nice looking condition but it shows some wear and has several small tears. There are one inch tears at the top and base of the spine, there is a 1 inch tear on the bottom edge, and a 1 inch tear on the right edge. There is also a name written in pencil at the top of the front cover (see photos).
