Published in 1935 and printed in the U.S.A. by Crawford Music Corp, New York. The sheet music booklet is 12" x 9" (305mm x 229mm). The booklet has 6 pages (including the back cover).
The front cover of the sheet music has a photo of the movie's stars Joe Morrison and Dixie Lee (first wife of Bing Crosby from 1930 until her death in 1951). The movie also starred Burns and Allen (George Burns and his wife Gracie Allen).
The back cover has an ad for sheet music for another hit song from the publisher "Tiny Little Fingerprints".
Condition: the sheet music booklet is in overall good condition but shows some wear. There is a 4 inch split at the bottom of the spine and a 1 inch split at the top of the spine. The front cover has some light wear around the edges (see photos).
