Covers/artwork: VG (Very Good): still sealed, the plastic jewel case's front cover has a large crack, and there is a remainder small drill hole on the artwork and jewel case near the barcode (see photos).

Only release from the NYC hard rock / punk band led by Handsome Dick Manitoba of the Dictators. The band also included Dictators co-founders Andy Shernoff and Ross "The Boss" Friedman, as well as two new members. The songs are unreleased Dictators songs.
