R4978-0910, diecast metal Ice Cream Van from the 2010 Matchbox City Action series with matte light blue colored body, unpainted metal chassis, metald bumpers , tinted windows, detailed ice cream truck white interior, "Ice Cream Van" and "Delicious" and "Take A Break And Enjoy A Treat" tampos on the sides, ice cream menu tampo on side, and black tires with white ringed disc wheel hubs.
The truck is 1:64 scale, 3 inches long. Made in Thailand by Mattel in 2009.
The truck is in mint condition on a very good condition card (the card has a very light surface crease by the hang tab, see photos).
