Matchbox  no. 74 (product no. 96369)  diecast metal red doubledecker Leyland Terrier London Bus from the 2000 On Tour Series with white interior, blue and white stripes on the sides, black plastic chassis, and Superfast wheels.

This is the version without the "Matchbox 2000" logo on the front.

The right side has images of Big Ben, the Concorde, Eiffel Tower, the Pyramids, and Statue of Liberty. The left side has images of the Colosseum, the Concorde, Leaning Tower of Pisa, and Sydney Opera House.

The bus is 3" inches / 76mm long. Made in China in 1999.
